Christmas Morning French Toast Casserole

We had Christmas round 2 this morning with the boys and after the rapture of opening presents it was time for some breakfast. 

Lottery tickets are a traditional stocking stuffer in my husband’s family


The boys blasted through two whole trays of bacon but for me the real treat was a recipe I received from my mother-in-law a few years ago.  Enjoy!
