My editor at Countryside connected me with another site owned by Swift Communications out in Nevada. The project is called Foodlore. Their aim is to collect recipes with stories behind them, to catalog a bit of food history.  

The way it works is your submit your recipe and its history.  If they like it, they make the recipe in their studio kitchen, filming the steps. Then they call you and record the conversation, which they use to create a voiceover for the video. It’s really neat to see the final product!
